Is this HIPAA compliant? Where does patient data go?
Posted runs inside your network, on the machine that already holds your patient data. Nothing is sent to us and we have no access to your database, so there is no copy of your patients' information anywhere but your own building. If your policy needs a business associate agreement, write to us and we will work through it with you.
What if we approve something and it turns out to be wrong?
It is an ordinary Open Dental payment, entered the way your team would have entered it. You correct or reverse it as you would any other posting, without us.
How long does setup take?
One guided installation session on your server. From then on your team saves EOBs into a folder and approves what Posted prepares. Nothing about how your office works today has to change first.
